The situation: We discovered that we had mice in both units of the duplex I own.
Quick & responsive to make it out: Frank was the quickest to respond and came out the next day.
Comprehensive assessment: He assessed not just the inside but also reviewed the outside of our duplex. The other companies just took a quick look inside or didn’t even get back to me.
Fast time to value and thorough: Fortunately, he had time that day and was able to start sealing up all the potential holes and by the end of the day, he had fort knoxed the home (the holes in the sides of the home where the mice likely came in, the garage door and garage door frame, the cabinet spaces and the spaces around the pipes between the units and within the unit between the washer, fridge, cabinets, etc.) He also setup traps throughout the two units.
Persistence: Over the next few weeks Frank came back regularly every week to check the traps and to adjust based on what we were seeing.
Results: We ended up catching two one mouse in the bottom unit, two mice in the crawl space, and another roof rat in the crawl space.
TLDR; Frank was great to work with. He’s super detail oriented and persistent in trapping rats. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my rodent issues and would highly recommend anyone looking for a trustworth and thorough service.
